The Athletics Marathon will be held in Kazan on May 10, 2015. As part of the Kazan marathon held Championship of Russia among the youth marathon. Championship of Russia among the youth marathon will be held in the framework of the Kazan marathon.
There will be races for 42.195 km 21.097 km and 5 km. The race of athletes in wheelchairs is also planned.
The possibility of holding the race in support of children with a rare genetic disorder Rett syndrome within Kazan Marathon on May 10, 2015 (at a distance of 21.097 km) is agreed. The race will embody the 1 year reverse countdown of the World Congress on Rett syndrome, which will be held in Kazan, 13-17 May 2016.
The part of arrangement contributions from marathon attendants is planned to be donated to the account of the Association for assistance to Rett syndrome patients.
You can register and pay the registration fee at the official site of the Kazan Marathon www.kazanmarathon.org. Participants will be able to get the starter packs at the Expo exhibition devoted to Kazan marathon, which will be held from 7 to 9 May in the athletics arena. Start and finish of the races will be located at Millennium Square in Kazan. Start time of the main races is 9.00 AM.
